Rates

*RV MUST BE MODEL YEAR 2010 OR NEWER*

All rates include: electricity, water, sewer, trash, 2 adults, 3 children under 18, 1 RV, 2 vehicles, and 2 pets. (Liability insurance is required for your RV)

*Electric and water are included in your price, if you choose not to use full hookup, your price will not be reduced. Furthermore, if you use an excessive amount of water or electricity, you will be fined accordingly to cover the cost. 

• If you have an electric vehicle, it will be an additional $75 monthly charge.

If you have a storage trailer under 10 ft, it may stay at your spot for an additional $75 per month or it can go to the storage lot for $50 per month.

Extended stay (28+ days) will be considered on a trial basis. If the WCRV staff determines that your first month was satisfactory and in compliance with our rules and regulations, you will be allowed to extend your stay. Our staff has full discretion to decline your continued stay after those 28 days if they find your stay unsatisfactory. 

Pets- Any additional dog after 2 is an extra fee of $25 per pet each month. You cannot exceed 4 dogs per town ordinance.

Oversized spaces are occasionally available for an additional fee.
