We consistently have a waiting list. Please call us as early in advance to get on to our waiting list. We do not take any reservations in advance as we work off of our waiting list.

If you are looking for an immediate daily/weekly spot, please call to see if we have any last minute cancellations. We will try to accommodate you, but cannot always do so. 

Disclaimer

For those that are called and potentially offered a spot, we require a background check at the expense of the guest moving in. Your access to the park is contingent upon clearance of such a background check. If WCRV, in its sole discretion, is not satisfied with the results of the background check, WCRV may terminate your access to the park. The background check will only be used for purposes of determining if you are eligible to stay at the park and will be kept strictly confidential.

If accepted after the background check, we will email you our forms and you will need to have your forms filled out and emailed back to us, including all needed additional documents such as liability insurance and pet records. Your entrance into the park is contingent on having the background check and paperwork completed and returned.

*RV MUST BE MODEL YEAR 2010 OR NEWER*

All rates include: electricity, water, sewer, trash, 2 adults, 3 children under 18, 1 RV, 2 vehicles, and 2 pets. (Liability insurance is required for your RV)

*Electric and water are included in your price, if you choose not to use full hookup, your price will not be reduced. Furthermore, if you use an excessive amount of water or electricity, you will be fined accordingly to cover the cost. 

• If you have an electric vehicle, it will be an additional $75 monthly charge.

If you have a storage trailer under 10 ft, it may stay at your spot for an additional $75 per month or it can go to the storage lot for $50 per month.

Extended stay (28+ days) will be considered on a trial basis. If the WCRV staff determines that your first month was satisfactory and in compliance with our rules and regulations, you will be allowed to extend your stay. Our staff has full discretion to decline your continued stay after those 28 days if they find your stay unsatisfactory. 

Pets- Any additional dog after 2 is an extra fee of $25 per pet each month. You cannot exceed 4 dogs per town ordinance.

Oversized spaces are occasionally available for an additional fee.
